Matthew McGill
Founder and Managing Director
Matthew has worked in the Audio Visual industry for 35 years, and has run Insight for 30 years. He is the lead consultant on many larger projects and likes to meet as many clients as possible. A keen golfer and squash player, he likes to keep fit and often visits the gym!
Jill Isherwood
Office Manager
Jill joined the business in 1993 so is the longest surviving employee. (“Surviving” due to the fact she has to deal with the MD everyday!) She looks after the accounts department and is the office manager so deals with everything associated with the running of the business behind the scenes. Her idea of heaven would be afternoon tea at the Dorchester!
