Maintenance packages

Insight have developed a comprehensive range of maintenance services to support our client base.

Our service engineers are very experienced and we pride ourselves to concentrate on the speed of fault rectification rather than meeting a prescribed speed of response. All of our engineers are, or are working towards accreditation as Certified Technology Specialists (CTS).

On-site Maintenance Contracts

These are available with a range of options dictated by you, and designed to give you complete flexibility over the type of cover that best suits your requirements and budget.

On-site Technicians

On-site technicians, either part-time or full-time, are available to support your AV requirement - to set up rooms, organise video conferences, act as first line technical cover and generally provide reassurance and on-site support on a daily basis.

Extended Warranties

All the products Insight supply come with manufacturers’ warranties – typically 1-3 years. If you wish to extend the term or enhance the terms then please give us a call.

One off Repairs

For those customers who opt not to take out service contracts or extended warranties we are happy to undertake repairs of any AV equipment that develops a fault. The procedure is simple, give us a call and we will try to diagnose the fault over the phone (and rectify if possible), if we cannot we will issue a returns number and for a single, fixed, fee carry out an inspection and produce a quotation. If you choose to go ahead with the repair we will re-imburse the inspection fee.
