Audio conference facilities allow small or large groups of people to participate on the same phone call. For small meeting rooms the Polyspan range of conference phones allows groups of up to 10 people to listen and contribute to the same phone call. Larger groups however may require an audio conferencing system including fixed microphones, ceiling mounted speakers and an automatic mixer. These systems are often required in boardroom and conference room environments where a large group of people need to share voice based information.

The more sophisticated systems can also be controlled via a touch screen control system, including a dialling pad for making external calls.
